ARTICLE III
MEMBERSHIP FEES
SECTION 1 - MEMBERSHIP FEES
All Individual, Head of Household, and Junior members will be members in good standing of OBFA, CBH, and NFAA, and financially responsible for their own dues. Honorary/Special and Life Members who actively participate in archery will also belong to OBFA/CBH/NFAA. Inactive Honorary/Special and Life Members are welcome to continue OBFA/CBH/NFAA membership, but it is not necessary for club membership.
Initial year of membership shall be $180.00 for all club members. Thereafter, the dues will vary depending on the amount of participation in club work parties, and shoots that are done by the member and family. The dues can be decreased to the base fee of $0.00 annually by working a total combination of six (6) activities each year.
For instance, if a member works:

the dues will be the base fee the next year of $0.00.
Dues for all members are to be paid in full in June. There will be no grace period. If dues are not paid in June, the member is considered a new member and must pay new member fee of $120.00.
Sample of how system will work to make all members due in June:
A member joins in September 2001 paying $180.00,in June of 2002, they will owe for only 9 months or $135.00 (minus recorded work parties), in June of 2003, the dues will depend on the work parties they have done.
WORK PARTY is defined as: a minimum of four (4) hours of participation in a club activity.
Registration at a shoot is counted as half a work party since the time spent is about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Cookshack work is counted as two (2) work parties.
Work parties for target set up or take down is one (1) work party.
Work parties for range maintenance will count as one (1) work party if the member is on the range working for a minimum of four (4) hours. If a member comes for a work party but works less than four (4) hours, they will not receive one (1) full work party credit.
SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP At the discretion of the Board of Directors, Special Membership may be awarded. Honorary and Life memberships fall in this category, and shall have no tasks assigned.
