SECTION 1 - STANDING COMMITTEES

Immediately following the election of Officers and Directors as herein provided, or as soon thereafter as possible, the President shall appoint the Vice President as Chairman for the following standing committees: (1) Entertainment,

(2) Publicity, (3) Historian, (4) By Laws (5) Audit and (6) Special Awards.

The President from time to time appoint such special committees as may be required to carry out the purpose and work of the corporation.

There shall be a nominating committee as provided in Article IV and I hereof.
