ARTICLE VII

SEAL

The Board of Directors shall provide a suitable Seal containing the words, ORANCO BOWMEN, INCORPORATED-CALIFORNIA, or other appropriate words and bearing a design appropriate to this corporation.  The seal shall be held by the Treasurer or the Secretary as directed by the Board of Directors.
